On September 4th, APA-YPO Toastmasters Club will hold our second annual 2003 Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest at 7pm at the TI Texins Activity Center. For directions, please refer to our website, http://www.apaypo.org/toastmasters/location.html. The contest will be organized into two parts. The first part will be the Humorous Speech contest, each contestant will present a prepared humorous speech. All the attendees will vote for the best speaker. The second part of the contest will be Evalutions, based on a single target speaker. The trophies will go to the best speaker and runner-up for each category. The best speakers will compete in the upcoming Toastmasters Area Contest representing APA-YPO Toastmasters Club. If you'd like to compete, please let us know your name, the contest session and speech title (for Humorous Speech session, only) before August 28th. All APA-YPO Toastmasters Club members are welcomed to compete. If you'd like to joing APA-YPO Toastmasters Club, please contact toastmasters.membership@apaypo.org.
