The Crow Collection is organizing “Passport to Asia,” the children’s activities area for the annual Asian Festival. Each year the Crow Collection organizes the children’s arts and craft areas during this event which celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
Each booth is designed to represent a specific country in Asia and the children’s activity should represent that country’s culture. For example, the China booth will offer Chinese calligraphy; Japan, Origami, India, Henna. As each participant completes an art project, he or she gets their “pass port” stamped. When they complete all the countries, they will get a special prize. We are looking for volunteers to oversee the art project with the children.
